[GLM Vice President] Kevin O’Keefe said he paid $3 to $4 per socially acquired qualified attendee vs. the $25 to $40 per attendee he usually spends on traditional marketing campaign. “I think this product is about to go viral in the trade show industry,” he said.

Major Independent show organizers are already jumping on the bandwagon. Hanley-Wood, UBM and Reed Exhibitions recently announced they will also be testing the technology with some shows.
